The numbers in the table are not final numbers but should be very close. We have to divide the Kitchen/Dining Room on the second floor into 2 rooms and we have to determine the Beneficial Interests of each. We've done the measurements but they haven't been formally accepted yet. There could be other last minute changes from the negotiations as well. But we wanted to give you a close estimate of what your costs could be. The numbers are not final until all parties have  signed the settlement agreement. Use these numbers as estimates.
