The Alden is a vibrant, inclusive 55+ Residential Community in the heart of Provincetown. The 81 Residential Condominium Units include residents who both own their Units as well as residents who rent a limited number of Affordable Units. The privately owned condominiums are primary residence for many year round residents or serve as second homes for many snowbirds.

In addition to the Residential Condominiums, the community includes the AdviniaCare Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility located on a portion of the first floor. However, assisted living services are not offered.
